I hope everyone had a decent winter. I know I for one am anxious to get this years paintball season started as I am itching to throw some paint. I am hoping to get a lot more matches in this year whether it be at The Pit, or at other courses. We will begin working on The Pit This Friday, March 27th to get it ready for this season. For those of you who are able to assist on this day, we will be there by 10am to get started. For those of you who have played with us for a while, you may remember Suzy's Swampland. This was a fun course. Unfortunately, due to the economic times, Suzy has had to sell her place so we no longer have that course to play on. This course will be missed. I would also like all members of our site and group to extend invites to your friends or family members who are even the least bit interested in paintball to our web site at http://www.pitbrotherspaintball.com . I would like to get more traffic to the site and more players playing. It is always fun to get people who have never played playing. As you all know, once you play it, it is easy to get hooked. Also, on our web site, we offer a number of features to members of the site. We have a reviews section where members can post reviews of paintball products based on your own experiences. Thsi will assist other members in purchasing equipment as they can make a determinitation on what to buy based on members feedback. So please use this feature of the web site as it will assist other members. We also offer a classified ads section where you can post your equipment or gear you will no longer use. This is a great way to offer this gear to members of the site who may be looking for different gear to use for paintball. We also have a clendar of events where any member can post to if you know of an upcoming match or event that you feel other members would be interested in. This calendar has the feature which allows members of the site to let everyone know if they will or will not be attending an event. And of course, we have a photo gallery where members of the site can post pics of matches or whatever along with many other features. If you would like to see anything added to the site, please let me know or make a post in the message board. If you would like to see any special tourneys, matches, or anythign else let us know by posting in the message board. We also can host birthday parties, bachelor(ette) parties. For this, Sara and Stubs can assist you with this and also provide pricing for these group events. They can provide rental gearm, air/CO2, and paint for the groups as well as run the event. For more information about this, either click the banner at the bottom of the Pit Brothers Paintball page or visit: http://www.twincitypaintball.com/ I hope this year we are all able to get a lot of balling in as I know we all enjoy it. Remember, our objective in having our own course(s) is to have fun while keeping the costs down. If you or anyone you know has any land that you would be interested in aking a course from, let us know and we can assist in the design and work needed toget any potential course ready for play. Happy Paintballing, Mike Banks |
