Well, the Giant Game this past weekend was fun as hell as usual. They had 703 players this year. Our team dominated all morning and had things well at hand. Then the other team in the afternoon made a huge push and managed to pull out the victory.
It was a lot of fun, the weather was hot and humid, but it did not rain on us at all. It rained just before we arrived, just in time to make everything all greasy and slippery and made the rest of the day humid.
We had 3 members of PBP make an appearance. We worked well together and assisted our team by holding a key corner for a few hours which held Red team back for some time. We eventually got over ran.
Over all, it was a great day of paintball. AT the end, none of us won anything in the prize drawings, however I managed to snag a pair of gloves that they threw out. Thanks to ACZMan, I also had a barrel cleaning kit literally fall into my hands as I did not even notice it was thrown, but landed in my hand.
We will be scheduling some paintball at The Pit and hopefully, next year, PBP can make a bigger showing at the Giant Game.
